Granting wishes for Buyers, Sellers and Investors

I love sharing with others how amazing Marcee was for us. When I tell folks that we bought our house over FACETIME and that Marcee made our dreams come true, I love the jaw dropping reaction I get. You never saw the house?? You never MET your agent? Nope. We knew nothing. We were foreign to the area, to the neighborhood, to the housing market. Marcee took it on like this was a walk in the park for her. We immediately felt like she was the real deal. She is the sweetest thing when she is on your side. But when things go wrong and she needs to defend you, she rolls up her sleeves and go to battle for us. I was at a loss of where we needed to finally settle after we got a couple of offers turned down. But by then, she knew us. A few phone calls and facetimes but she knew us because she has GREAT instinct and is sharp as your best kitchen knife! She asked us to consider a new area, now that she knew what we were looking for - we hesitated but believed in her because she gained our trust so quickly. It turned out to be the BEST DECISION EVER. We are so happy. What could have been an awful situation turned into a dream come true for us, only because we had Marcee on our side. If this isn't your ideal real estate agent, you're crazy!
